Because we plan our class experience based on attendance, our classes are non-refundable. However, participants may send someone in their place if unable to attend.

Celebrate May Day with a delightful hands-on cookie decorating class! Join Angie as she guides you through creating your own May Day Cookie Bouquet—a sweet and festive treat perfect for gifting or enjoying yourself.
In this class, you'll decorate six sugar cookies using Wilton buttercream pouches ,homemade royal icing and learn how to work with different decorating tips to create beautiful floral and spring-themed designs. Angie will then help you put together your cookie flower bouquet.
No prior decorating experience is needed—just bring your creativity and a love for sweets! All supplies are provided.

Steeped in rich history these Roman cities and villages consist of never ending narrow streets filled with cafes and unfussy food. Chef will be your guide navigating these fresh ingredients, simple pantry staples , while creating a quick and successful dinner party.

Join Lana Shope—multiple blue ribbon winner and current Iowa State Fair baking judge—for a demonstration-style class focused on all things State Fair food contests. Lana will walk you through the entire entry process, from signing up correctly and meeting deadlines to understanding how and when you’ll receive your contest tags.
Lana will also share her top tips and secrets for preparing award-winning baked goods, including what pans and tools to use, how to package items for judging, and how to stand out in a sea of stiff competition.
To bring it all to life, she’ll bake off three classic fair entries:
